Please read these Terms of Service ("Terms") carefully before using the GPSArea - GPS Field Land Measure mobile application (the "App") operated by GPSArea ("we", "us", or "our").
By downloading, installing, or using the App, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree to these Terms, do not use the App.
GPSArea is a mobile application that provides GPS-based area and distance measurement, digital compass, coordinate conversion tools, unit conversion, and related functionality. The App is designed for informational and personal use purposes.
We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the App on your personal device for personal, non-commercial purposes, subject to these Terms.

The App relies on your device's GPS hardware and satellite signals to perform measurements. GPS accuracy varies based on environmental conditions, device hardware, satellite availability, and other factors.
We make no warranty regarding the accuracy, reliability, or completeness of any measurements produced by the App.
The App offers optional premium subscriptions (weekly, monthly, and lifetime plans) that unlock additional features and remove advertisements. Subscriptions are processed through the Apple App Store or Google Play Store.
Weekly and monthly subscriptions automatically renew at the end of each billing period unless canceled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. Your payment method will be charged for renewal within 24 hours prior to the end of the current period.
Refund requests are handled by Apple or Google according to their respective refund policies. We do not process refunds directly. Contact Apple Support or Google Play Support for refund requests.
If a free trial is offered, it will automatically convert to a paid subscription at the end of the trial period unless canceled. Any unused portion of a free trial period will be forfeited when a subscription is purchased.
The App uses third-party services to provide functionality:
We are not responsible for the availability, accuracy, or content provided by these third-party services. Their use is governed by their own terms of service and privacy policies.
The App and its original content, features, and functionality are owned by GPSArea and are protected by international copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws. Our trademarks and trade dress may not be used in connection with any product or service without our prior written consent.
All measurements, notes, photos, and other data you create within the App ("User Content") are stored locally on your device. You retain full ownership of your User Content. We do not access, collect, or store your User Content on any server.
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law:
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless GPSArea and its officers, directors, employees, and agents from any claims, damages, losses, liabilities, and expenses (including legal fees) arising from your use of the App or violation of these Terms.
We may terminate or suspend your access to the App at any time, without prior notice, for conduct that we believe violates these Terms or is harmful to other users, us, or third parties, or for any other reason at our sole discretion.
Upon termination, your right to use the App will immediately cease. All provisions of these Terms that by their nature should survive termination shall survive, including ownership provisions, warranty disclaimers, and limitation of liability.
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which GPSArea operates, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will notify you of any changes by posting the new Terms on this page and updating the "Last updated" date. Your continued use of the App after any changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.
If any provision of these Terms is found to be unenforceable or invalid, that provision shall be limited or eliminated to the minimum extent necessary so that these Terms shall otherwise remain in full force and effect.
